PURPOSE: To reduce the number of part items by arranging first and second electrode terminals in positions contacting with each other when first and second support members are installed, and arranging a sealing member to seal its inside when the first and second support members are installed by being formed on the outer peripheral side close to both electrode terminals. CONSTITUTION: First electrode terminals 45 and 46 are connected to the tips of respective signal conductors of a flexible flat cable 36, and are exposed to upper surfaces of electrode parts 41 and 42. When an installing plate 32 and a control device case 33 are installed, a second electrode terminal 51 and a first electrode terminal 45 and also an electrode terminal 52 and an electrode terminal 46 are respectively pressed, and are electrically connected to each other. On the other hand, a shoulder part 56 is formed on the peripheral edge of the installing plate 32 by being projected to the side, and a sealing means is composed of a wall body 55 and the shoulder part 56. Therefore, when the installing plate 32 and the control device case 33 are installed, the wall body 55 is pressed against the shoulder part 56, and a housing part 57 can be sealed.
