FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has driving winding (1a, ...), which is directly cooled by air, and insulation strip 6 which is located between slot bottom and driving winding conductor which is located above slot bottom. Elastic flexible insertion which is designed as corrugated spring 8 is located between insulation strip 6 and said conductor. Said corrugated spring 8 dampens effect of settlement of driving winding and runs from end of rotor forged piece in direction of its center. Axial fixation of said corrugated spring without constriction of section of main slot 9 is achieved by means of two projections on corrugated spring which are directed downwards and engage side recesses of insulation strip 6.
