CONSTITUTION: Plural second parts 12b arranged around a first part 12a among parts of the sheet-like electrode 12 are so formed to the state of projecting from the outer periphery of an adhesive member 13 adhered to a holding member 11. The lead wires are connectable to any of the plural second parts 12b. |
