<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the paper refeed or a jam caused by the slackening of the discharged paper by providing a guide protruded on a guide member at the position lower than a paper discharge portion above a paper feed portion when a guide member is opened and stored in a device main body when the guide member is closed. CONSTITUTION: When the paper 9 completed with fixing is conveyed to the place where the fixing roller pair 1 side of a moving guide 3 is lowered, the paper tip is further advanced on the moving guide 3. The paper section is deformed into the corrugated state in the width direction at the opposite side end section of the moving guide 3, stiffness of the paper 9 is made firm in the direction perpendicular to it, the advancing direction is maintained after the paper leaves a paper discharge portion D, and the slackening to a paper feed portion S side below is prevented. Even when the weight of the paper portion leaving the paper discharge portion D is increased by the advance of the paper 9, the succeeding portion of the paper 9 presses the moving guide 3, and the moving guide 3 is prevented from being rocked to collapse the corrugated state of the paper 9.</p> |
