PURPOSE: To provide a light and inexpensive feed device that regulates rotation in the yawing direction of a movable body securely in a simple mechanism. CONSTITUTION: In this feed device, a movable body 7 being long in the orthogonal direction to the traveling direction, two rectilinear guides 2 and 3 guiding the movement, rectilinear driving device 4 shifting the movable body 7, and an attitude regulating means regulating the yawing motion of the movable body 7 are installed on a base 1. In this constitution, the attitude regulating means is provided with two rotates 15, 16, four rope engaged points 22A, B, C, D set up in both ends of the base 1 or the movable body 7 and at least two pieces of change direction mechanisms 17A, B, C, D, and the yawing motion of the movable body is regulated by tension of the ropes 15 and 16 spread across through these change direction mechanisms. |
