PURPOSE: To eliminate the dispersion in the thickness of an adhesive applied on each wall which divides an ink pressurizing chamber in applying the adhesive on either bonding surface in order to bond a piezoelectric body and a cover body together. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric body 2 is arranged under a screen mask 11 so that the transfer direction X1 of the squeegee 13 of a screen printing machine and the longitudinal direction Y of the groove of the piezoelectric body 2 meet at right angles, and an adhesive 8 is applied on the upper surface of each wall 3 in the perpendicular direction X to the longitudinal direction Y of the groove of the piezoelectric body 2 along with the transfer of the squeegee 13.
