FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device uses piezoconverters applied to one side of pipe and is meant for measurement of flow rate of sound conductive media in pipe-lines of different diameters. Each piezoconverter is equipped with individual carriage, each unit of cable pulling is made separable and is placed on cover of carriage. Fixture to mount piezoconverters on pipe is made separable and is composed of rods, bodies with directing axles on to which contact platforms of applicable piezo converters are put. Contact platforms of applicable piezoconverters have unified cylindrical radius within limits R= 210.0-215.0 mm for pipes having diameters from 80.0 up to 1200.0 mm. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and precision of attachment of piezoconverters, their unification for wide standard row of typical pipes, reduced labour input into manufacture of devices. |
