FIELD: testing and diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: proposed bed makes it possible to diagnose with high degree of accuracy troubles of most important units of motor vehicle (engine, transmission box, clutch and the like) during its running by noises: squeaking, knocking, roar, crackling and so on. Sound recorders recording sounds in the form of digital codes into computer and using these codes for processing in agreement with special programs and algorithms were not used until recently for the specified purposes as there was no such physical capability. It emerged recently together with development of multimedia facilities. Automation of diagnostics process completely excluding personnel is achieved as information to computer is transmitted over radio channel with the aid of transmitter which is installed together with sound sensors (microphones) on motor vehicles. Information from microphone is sent through commutator playing role of information converter (changes duration of information and logic of its transmission) to transmitter which also transmits vehicle plate number generated by microcircuit mounted on it. EFFECT: complete automation of diagnostics process. |
