METHOD FOR CONTROL OF ROCK PRESSURE AT MINING FIELD BOUNDARY

FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: mining of flat seams of potassium is effected by chamber-and-pillar method with alternating long and short chambers. In case of extraction drift locating perpendicularly to boundary of mining field, length of short chambers is increased as their location is approaching the boundary of edge portion of incline and full extraction zone. In case of extraction drift locating in parallel to boundary of mining field, short chambers extend to boundary of stepped release zone. EFFECT: high efficiency.
