FIELD: tyre industry. SUBSTANCE: tyre casing carcass is formed by one carcass fiber getting out of and returning into tyre edge from other side. Fiber forms two rows in circumference separated by rubber layer. Anchor fastening of carcass in edge 2 is provided at arrangement of at least one bunch of fibers 61, 62 oriented over circumference at each side of edge (in axial direction). Each fiber bunch adjoins one of indicated rows. They are separated by layer 5 of rubber mix. Shore hardness exceeding 70. EFFECT: improved quality of tyre. |
