PURPOSE: To provide a method for molding a green tire in a bladderless tire vulcanizer capable of facilitating the molding of a bead by expediting and vulcanization molding without causing by the width of the beam by improving the flow of the raw material of the bead. CONSTITUTION: The method for molding a green tire in a bladderless tire vulcanizer comprises the steps of engaging upper and lower beads 5A and 5B with upper and lower bead rings 12 and 12 to form a sealed space, supplying low- pressure hot medium to the space to initial mold the beads 5A and 5B, then retaining the upper and lower beads, and grasping the upper and lower beads 5A and 5B after initial molding by the upper and lower bead rings.
