PURPOSE: To enhance the safety and durability of a coating cover by manufacturing a coating cover by a rubber chip molding formed by inserting a pressurized auxiliary body in the rubber chip molding. CONSTITUTION: At the time of manufacturing a coating cover for a structure by a rubber chip molding, a pressurized auxiliary body formed according to the form of a structure 1 such as an existing boundary pile, a gatepost, a fence or the like is press-fitted at the time of molding. Thus, a density difference between the outer peripheral part of the molding and the interior thereof is reduced to eliminate nonuniformity of hardening, and the pressurized auxiliary body to be used has a good thermal conductivity, whereby hardening can be accelerated from the inner surface part by heating it to the hardening accelerating temperature of an added adhesive agent. A rubber chip molding coating cover 3 is put on the structure 1 supported by a concrete foundation 2 to be integrated therewith. |
