PURPOSE: To realize the movement of a moving member after going beyond a speed changing-over position at the speed approximate to the set speed of movement near the speed changing-over position, especially at the position after the passing of moving member through the changing-over position without remarkably being restricted by the set moving speed at the region before the speed changing-over position. CONSTITUTION: If moving command Vi.τin proportion to the set moving speed Vi of the region corresponding to the present position Pa under the condition that the present position Pa of a screw locates just before speed changing-over position Pi, the position Pa' after movement goes beyond the changing-over position Pi, the utter disregard of the set moving speed Vi+1 of the next region may sometimes occur. In order to cope with the above-mentioned disregard, the total sum of x', which is the amount of movement of the screw from its present position Pa to its speed changing-over position Pi, and y', which is the distance moved by the set moving speed Vi+1 of the next region during the time (y), which is the remainder of one predetermined period of time (τ) substracted by the time (x) required for moving the amount of movement x' by the speed Vi, is outputted as the moving command Lb.
