PURPOSE: To quickly absorb minimal oscilating movement just after a hydraulic cylinder is stopped. CONSTITUTION: For example, if a hydraulic cylinder 14 is stopped when a boom 13 is lowered, the volume of a head-side oil room 17 decreases and force operating on a smaller pressure receiving face 22 suddenly increases byΔF, which moves up a piston body 19 a little to derease the volume of an oil room 24 of the larger pressure receiving face side and to increase the pressure of the oil room 24: that is to say, the oil which operates on the smaller pressure receiving face 22 and equals the decreased volume of the oil room 24 of the larger pressure receiving face side is pressed into the rod-side oil room 16 of a hydraulic cylinder 14 from the oil room 24 of the larger pressure receiving face side through pipelines 34, 35. The force differenceΔF or -ΔF alternately operates on the piston body 19 of a cylinder valve 18 like this. Since the force differenceΔF or -ΔF decreases each time of the alternate shuttle movement of the piston body 19, it quickly becomes 0. Accordingly, minimal oscilating movement of the hydraulic cylinder 14 just after the hydraulic cylinder 14 is stopped can be quickly absorbed.
