The control device detects the degree of clogging of the conduit using revolution number of exhaust/suction fan to stop combustion at a safety point where waste gas is drastically generated. The control device includes : a revolution number reading unit(101) for exhaust/suction fan(23); a command unit(102) outputting boiler operating signal; a function parts operation unit(103) for driving the fan(23), a gas valve(1) and a sparker(25) selectively; a normal revolution number memory(104); and a comparator(106) for controlling such as the fan(23).
