<p>PURPOSE: To provide a discharged ozone treating device enabling to mitigate a variation of the temp. of discharged ozone gas even under such a condition that the quantity of discharged ozone gas greatly varies and to attain stable treating performance of the discharged ozone. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a discharged ozone gas inlet pipe 1a, a heater housing container 1, a retaining container 2 in which heated discharged ozone gas in introduced and retained for a specified time and then decomposed, a heat exchanger 3 in which the treated has produced after the decomposition is introduced and the heat is recovered and also the recovered heat is imparted to the discharged ozone gas, a discharge pipe 4a for discharging the treated gas passed through the heat exchanger 3, and a discharge fan 4. A ceramic heat storage material 6 is packed in the retaining container 2.</p> |
