The cosmetic composite powder coating with sap of Acer mono Max is prepared by; (1) adding the sap of Acer mono Max or moisturizing agent of Acer mono Max into cosmetic pigments, stirring, filtering, and drying to obtain pigments powder coating with the sap of Acer mono Max; (2) adding oily components of 0.2-5.0 wt.% into distilled water or ethanol, adding the powder of (1) into the above mixture solution, stirring, and leaving it alone for 1 hour.;(3) adding a moisturizing agent into the solution of (2), stirring, leaving it alone for 1 hour., filtering and drying to obtain the final product.
