A cylinder lock suitable for use with high security padlocks has an integral driver component on the cylinder to drive the lock actuator. An attached stop disc secured to the cylinder cooperates with a stop lug in the cylinder case, toprevent over-rotaion of the cylinder on its return stroke, and minimizes jammingof the key in the cylinder.
