<p>The present invention relates to a solar energy water heating apparatus (10). The apparatus (10) is comprised of a solar panel (12) having a plurality of channels (26) through which the water flows. Each channel (26) has a top lens portion (18A) which focuses and intensifies the light energy of the sun on the water. This allows the water to be heated in a more efficient manner. An end cap (14) is coupled to each end of the solar panel. The end caps (14) prevent the water from leaking out of the solar panel. A nozzle (16) is coupled to the end cap (14) which allows the water to enter the apparatus and exit the solar panel once the water has been heated.</p> |
