The stretching device is guided by a progressive movement of the transverse struts (4) from the retainer plate (1) beyond two parallel rods (2). Tractive force is produced which can be maintained by knurled screws (3) on the transverse struts. The transverse struts can be locked in any position on the parallel rods.
