The columns or structural elements (1) are piled up on top of each other with the outer parts of the pillars conforming. The structural elements are formed from porous concrete and are connected by a mortar coating (5). The columns have a waterproof casing (6) which surrounds them laterally and there is also a waterproof layer (4) under the columns. The column has damp-proof reinforcement (2). There is a hollow cylinder filled with reinforced concrete which is placed vertically in the column arrangement.
