A pin (8a) is inserted into a hole (7) in the side wall (5) of the cupboard, above the shelf (3) being secured. A holder (8b) is supported on the shelf and has a round cross-section with a holder pin in the centre. The holder is preferably circular, and in the form of a roller, disc or wheel. the outer periphery of the holder has a slide surface. The shelf-holder can be shaped as half-shell and open towards the cupboard side wall. The slide surface or shelf-holder are elastic and form one component. A gripper bar (8c) is positioned on the side of the shelf-holder facing the pin.
