Turbulising heat exchanger using dividers

The U-shaped outlet pipe (53) in the bottom sector of the container (1) ends at a ball valve (55). The odd-numbered dividers (2,2') on the container walls have a U-shaped opening in their top sector which lies below the divider centre starting from the width of the opening as opposed to truncated base-upward triangular blades (16). The blades are arranged so that the tip of the triangle forms an acute angle with the front of the divider wall towards the container wall. Each divider also has a U-shape opening in its bottom sector which starts from above the centre and forms a similar set of base-downwards blades (15) directed inwards. The blades (8) off an intermediate bush (58) lie symmetrically acute to the vertical centre sector of the bush and have left and right curves as connections to the two adjoining lenticular elements (3). Blades (14) on the interposed divider (7) disc follow the curve of the plate (5) channels (11) directed against shaft flow as compared with t he rear of the blades which accords with the channels in the right-hand plate (6) and are angled to the shaft flow sense.
