Opto-electronic performance measurement at continuously summating consumption meters

The performance measurement involves establishing the recording-reproduction speed ratio in such a manner, that the reproduction results quicker than the recording, and the recorder simultaneously with the image, also respectively establishes the associated time, using a time transmitter provided in it. The measurement values are then recorded with the video recorder (23) with the associated time data are read out again by a person in play back speed. A computer (25) and a programme for the purpose of further mechanical evaluation on the computer, are determined. The evaluation then results on the computer in such a manner, that from the data a performance relationship is formed. So that respectively a determined time interval is allocated a determined consumption value corresp. to this interval. So that the relationship, as well as numerically in the form of pairs of value, consist respectively of a time interval identification and the associated consumption value, can also be prepared graphically in the form e.g. of diagrams or curves.
