<p>Compounds represented by general formula (I) or a salt of the same, wherein R1 represents hydrogen, halogeno, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy or nitro; R2 represents C¿1-10? alkyl, C3-8 cycloalkyl optionally having lower alkyl on its ring or C1-6 alkyl substituted by C3-8 cycloalkyl; R?3¿ represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; and n is an integer of from 2 to 4. The compounds have thromboxane A¿2? and leukotriene D4 antagonisms and are useful in the prevention and/or treatment of diseases selected from the group consisting of ischemic heart diseases, cerebrovascular disorders, thrombosis, asthma and allergic inflammation.</p> |
