INDAZOLE DERIVATIVES HAVING MONOCYCLIC AMINE

Indazole derivatives having monocyclic amino groups represented by general formula (I), wherein R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a C1-C6 alkyl, C3-C6 alkenyl, or C3-C6 cycloalkyl group; Q represents a carbonyl, thiocarbonyl, or methylene group; and R2 is a group represented by general formula (II), (III), (IV), or (V), wherein R3 represents a C1-C6 alkyl, C3-C6 alkenyl, or benzyl group, provided that the phenyl ring of the benzyl group may be mono- or disubstituted with the same or different halogen atom or a methoxy group; m is 0 to 2; n is 2 to 3; o is 1 to 2, and p is 2 to 4. The compounds per se and pharmaceutical acceptable salts thereof have a 5-HT4 receptor agonistic activity and are useful as a medicine.
