Transmission system for DECT standard applications

The transmission system includes a central unit and an interface connecting the central unit to two base stations. The base stations wirelessly exchange signals with a mobile end station. At least one interface is a Uko standard interface which is augmented by devices for transmitting and delaying synchronisation signals. The synchronisation signals are transmitted along operating channels embedded in the interface after Uko-standard EOC messages have been transmitted from the central unit via the interface(s) to the Uko-standard connected base station(s). A master clock is obtained from the transmission system clock.
