Loading system for containers on goods vehicles

The system has holding elements (8, 9) that support the transport containers (2) in their operating position as they are transferred to the vehicle to be loaded. A bridging piece (3) is placed on the holding elements to form a loading surface, allowing the containers to be loaded transversely. Each container is secured in the transverse and longitudinal directions after loading. Both vehicles have at least one bridging element.
