Filling system for insertion of bristles into brush head

The filling system in which a hank (22) of preformed staples (20) is produced. The hank is fed symmetrically in relation to a plane containing the filling axis (A). At intervals the leading staple is separated from the hank as it is moved against the bundle of bristles (16) already lying transversely to the filling axis (A). The hanks are formed from staples which are packed parallel to one another.
