<p>Portions of material of consistency between viscous and doughy, pref. continuously manufactured ice cream, are withdrawn and delivered by a dispensing cylinder movable axially between set limits defining a measuring volume in a cylindrical housing. Between piston and housing is a sleeve valve with ports offset from ports in the housing so that either inlet or outlet ports coincide as the piston is moved.</p> |
