<p>Overlapping strips of dough are laid on a supporting plate over the face of which is distributed a series of open shaping sleeves supported independently of the plate so that they can be removed upwards as soon as the heaps or nests are stiff enough not to sag. Specif. the supporting plates are perforated and subjected to pre-drying before admission to the main dryer, to speed up hardening of the dough.</p> |
