NOVEL COMPOUNDS AND ANTI-DERMATITIS DRUG

Compounds represented by general formula (1), 2,5-diphenylpyrrole compounds, 2,5-diphenylthiophene compounds and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R11 represents hydrogen, hydroxy, C1-2 alkoxy, acetoxy or benzyloxy; R12 represents hydrogen, hydroxy, C1-2 alkoxy or benzyloxy; R13 represents hydrogen, hydroxy, C1-2 alkoxy, acetoxy or benzyloxy; and R14 represents hydrogen, hydroxy or benzyloxy. Because of having antiinflammatory effects, the above compounds (1), 2,5-diphenylpyrrole compounds and 2,5-diphenylthiophene compounds are useful in the treatment of dermatitis.
