The invention relates to a water and moisture resistant corrugated board (10) which is capable of being repulped and recycled. The invention includes an exterior coating (22) comprising (A) a prepolymer of a styrene-butadiene copolymer, and (B) a filler, such as TiO2 or barium sulfate; a medium coating (30, 32) having an emulsion of wax particles and a carrier; and an interior coating (20) comprising (A) a styrene-butadiene copolymer or a carboxylated styrene-butadiene copolymer and (B) a non-paraffinic wax, such as carnauba wax or polyethylene. The invention further relates to a cold set glue (18).
