PURPOSE: To prevent ignition from an electric path and an electric shock to a human body by constituting a circuit breaker and a seismic intensity detector in integral structure. CONSTITUTION: This emergency electric circuit breaker is constituted of a circuit breaker 1 for cutting off an electric path when an over current flows and a seismic intensity detector 3 for short-circuiting output terminals 2a , 2b of the circuit breaker 1 by earthquake wave and installed into a case 4 for integral structure. The case 4 is formed of, for instance, an insulating synthetic resin, and a rectangular opening part 7 is formed in front, and an operating handle 5 is projected from the opening part 7 and disposed so as to rotate in a vertical direction. Input terminal 6a , 6b comprising a conductor screw and a pressure contact plate are provided in the upper part of the case 4, and a power supply is connected thereto, and similarly the output terminals 2a , 2b are provided in the lower part. The seismic intensity detector 3 provided inside the case 4 detects earthquake wave to shortcircuit the output terminals 2a , 2b , to operate the circuit breaker 1 and to cut off the electric path, thereby being able to prevent ignition from the electric path and an electric shock to a human body. |
