PURPOSE: To reduce the check processing of a student information management system and the working load of school affairs staffs by comparing inputted information for subjects to study and transmitted information for subjects to be studied and checking the contents of a study application. CONSTITUTION: A student information management system is provided with a storage means for storing student information 108 such as school register numbers and names, condition information 106 such as an advancing condition and curriculum information 107 in each subject, a retreiving means 104 for retrieving the contents of the storage means and extracting information, means 103, 105 for comparing the contents of a study application with condition information and checking the contents of the study application, and an electronic mail control part 102. The management system extracts the information of subjects to be studied in each student from the means 106 to 108, transmits the extracted contents to a computer 110 connected through a communication line 113 and comparing inputted studying subject information with the transmitted information of subjects to be studied, and when the contents of the study application are not defective after checking it, the study application information is returned. |
