PURPOSE: To provide a fuel cell power generation plant whose installing space is reduced and environmental performance is improved and cost can be reduced. CONSTITUTION: A separating film device 2 being an oxygen concentrator is arranged on a supply line 10 to supply the atmosphere to a fuel cell main body 3, and this separating film device 2 is connected to a cathode of the fuel cell main body 3 through a boosting blower 4 and a cathode air flow control valve 5. An air blower 1 to increase pressure of the atmosphere is arranged on the atmosphere introducing side of the separating film device 2. A bypass line 11 branching off from the supply line 10 is arranged between the pressure increasing blower 4 and the cathode air flow control valve 5, and is connected to the atmosphere introducing side of the air blower 1. A discharge line 12 to discharge gas whose oxygen concentration is reduced is arranged in the separating film device 2, and this gas whose oxygen concentration is reduced is utilized as purge gas in a fuel cell power generation plant. |
