PURPOSE: To provide a loudness circuit capable of taking the wide dynamic range of an amplifier or a speaker without saturating signals even for the input of large signals. CONSTITUTION: Control data are supplied from a microcomputer 14 and signals attenuated so as to prevent the amplifiers 8 and 9 in a succeeding stage from being saturated are outputted from a sound volume control circuit 13 provided in the succeeding stage of an LPF 12 when the large signals are inputted. Control signals are supplied from the microcomputer 14 to the sound volume control circuit 13 so as to supply attenuation only to the signals of a low band exceeding prescribed amplitude. The output signals of the sound volume control circuit 4 and the output signals of the sound volume control circuit 5 are respectively added with addition circuits 6 and 7, passed through the amplifiers 8 and 9 and outputted to the speakers 10 and 11. |
