PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assign new band width for data service by providing the system with a local network device, a single use data device, plural data service supply devices, and a bandwidth managing device. SOLUTION: A bandwidth managing device 240 is connected to plural data service supply devices 300I to 300N via an IP network 204 and connected also to a muliplex platform device 210 via the network 204. The device 210 utilizes all support channels 212 to 214 as a part of one sub-network address. In order to determined whether or not data are to be sent from the devices 300I to 300N to a channel modulator, the device 240 collects the communication volume of respective channels and statistics related to the use of respective channels. At the end of a user cession, the device 240 receives information from the devices 300 to 300, so as to reassign the assigned bandwidth of the cession. |
