PURPOSE: To provide a layout correcting device which easily makes corrections regarding the justification of character information by using a GUI. CONSTITUTION: When an operator operates an interactive input means 5, a display means 6 displays a justification change menu corresponding to the purpose of job such as 'right justification' and 'left justification'. When the purpose is selected with a cursor and execution is selected, a CPU1 reads a 1st and a 2nd composing rule corresponding to the justification corresponding to the selected purpose of job out of a storage means 7. And, a composition result which is already obtained is corrected on the basis of information regarding the justification after the correction and the 1st and 2nd composing rules. |
