<p>PURPOSE: To reduce the line busy state by simultaneous communication between plural management object devices and a monitor center and to enhance the security function and the safety function. CONSTITUTION: When management object devices A to (n) send connection request information to a repeating work station WK, this work station WK calls a monitor center SV and performs collation of the monitor center ID or the like to connect them to the monitor center. When being called by the monitor center SV, the repeating work station WK disconnects the line after informing a designated management object device of that connection is requested; and this management object device calls the monitor center SV and is connected to it if connection is possible. After connection, transmission data sent from management object devices A to (n) or reception data from the monitor center SV is stored in a transmission buffer B1 or a reception buffer B2 of the repeating work station WK and is successively transmitted to the monitor center SV or delivered to management object devices A to (n).</p> |
