PURPOSE: To perform constantly excellent combustion and to prevent overheating of a body case by providing an airflow distribution plate to distribute and feed air, fed from a blower for convection, between the release part of a combus tion cylinder and a heat insulation plate and the heat insulation plate and the top of an air tunnel. CONSTITUTION: Combustion gas by combustion at a burner 5 is raised in a combustion cylinder 6. The combustion gas flows through an upper opening 7 of a combustion cylinder 6 and released in an air channel 4 below a heat insulation plate 10 and mixed with air fed from a blower for convection at the back of a body case 1 to produce hot air, which is blown out through a hot air supply opening 2 to heat the interior of a room. The increase of the temperature of a rotary shaft 9 is suppressed by air fed from a blower 3 for convection and since, through operation of an airflow distribution plate 11A, air fed from the blower 3 for convection is properly distributed and fed between the upper opening part 7 of the combustion cylinder 6 and the heat insulation plate 7 and the heat insulation plate 10 and an air channel top part 4B, stable combustion is practicable and overheating of the body case 1 is prevented from occurring. |
