PURPOSE: To provide such a mold as being capable of easily manufacturing a high-performance correcting lens used when manufacturing the fluorescent screen of a color picture tube. CONSTITUTION: An original mold 1A which has a smooth roughly-curved face is formed on one face of a plate solid material such as a heat-resistant metal, a ceramic and a glass. Then, it is cut at mutually parallel cut positions into a plural of band cut pieces 3C and the direction of these band elements 3C is changed 180 deg. in the original plane for re-arrangement, as the individual orders remain unchanged, to form a mold 1B. |
