The appts. includes a note separating unit, a transport unit, several sensor units, a central processing unit, several target units and a control unit. The sensor units contain both measurement devices (21.n) and processing devices (22.n) for providing measurements for each sheet. Connections are provided between the units for exchange of data. At least one of the sensor units (20.n) contains memory in which a data set is stored. There is a region in the data set in which data from at least one other sensor unit can be stored. |
