PURPOSE: To provide electronic mail delivery automatic destination decision technique which is capable of determining a delivery destination by automatically retrieving the destination at the time of delivering the mail from mail information to be delivered when an electronic mail is delivered to a specified person or each of persons concerned. CONSTITUTION: This system is the electronic mail system in which the mail server having a data base registering user information and a hard disk in which the document data of a user, etc., is stored and plural clients sharing the data of this mail server are connected by a local area network. In the data base within the hard disk 106 of the mail server, a keyword 201 for specified delivery and a keyword 202 for CC delivery are provided as the keyword for preliminarily retrieving a delivery destination from documents to be delivered. Further, these keywords 201 and and 202 are provided with the information on a user name 203, a machine possessor 204 and an assigned post 205. |
