PURPOSE: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding equipment which can be assembled or disassembled easily and can provide a good shielding effect. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic wave shielding equipment 10 is constituted of a pair of case-type shielding cases 11, 12 and a substrate 13 which is housed in a space formed by the cases 11, 12. In upper parts of side walls 12c, 12d, etc., of the case 12, rectangular fitting holes 14 are formed. In the case 11, claw sections 15 to be hooked and unhooked on the fitting sections 14 are formed. On the side walls 12c, 12d of the case 12, pole sections 16 which project upwards are formed. In the case 11, poles sections 17 are formed erectly at places corresponding to the pole sections 16 in order to get the substrate 13 held between the pole sections 16 and 17. And, earths 23, 24 are formed at parts of the substrate 13 against which heads of the pole sections 16, 17 abut. Coaxial cables 21, 22 which are wired on upper and lower faces of the substrate 13 are fastened midway by means of cut-out sections 16a, 17a of the pole sections 16, 17 and the side walls 12c, 12d.
