PURPOSE: To considerably reduce the time and labor for generating a document with a simple operation at the time of generating the document for plural pages with an arbitrary regular format by providing a format function for previously generating the format for one page by a designated number of pages. CONSTITUTION: When the document to be generated is one which uses regular format, the regular format is generated at first. A page format function- generation is selected from a menu, the format is inputted and is preserved. Then, the page format function-calling is selected and the preserved format is called. When the necessary number of pages is assumed, designated, and executed, the format is written by the number of the pages. A text part 5 can designate page ejection. When a change occurs in the format itself of the regular format, the new format is generated by the page format function-generation, and it is called and executed by the page format function-calling in the document in the middle of generation. |
