<p>PURPOSE: To provide a process for producing a hammer for a piano capable of reducing the scale of a production facilities and adequately and easily executing the hardness management of a hammer felt. CONSTITUTION: This process has a hammer wood plate forming stage for respectively forming plural hammer wood plates 4a to 4d for the plural compasses segmenting the compass of one unit of piano, a hammer felt plate forming stage for respectively forming plural hammer felt plates 8a to 8d for the plural compasses, a hammer felt plate adhering stage for respectively adhering the corresponding one of the plural hammer felt plates 8a to 8d to the plural hammer wood plates 4a to 4d and a hammer producing stage for producing hammers 1 for one unit of piano by respectively cutting the plural hammer wood plates 4a to 4d adhered with the hammer felt plates 8a to 8d at the prescribed width.</p> |
