<p>PURPOSE: To make it possible to continuously adjust the tension of a spring with a simple structure by boring the mounting part of a strut with a supporting hole for freely rotatably supporting a nut to be screwed to an adjusting screw, providing the mounting part with a threaded hole intersecting orthogonally with the axial line of the supporting hole and screwing a lock bolt for fixing the nut into this threaded hole. CONSTITUTION: The bottom end of the spring 6 is detained by the adjusting screw 9. The nut 10 is screwed to the bottom end of the adjusting screw 9. The mounting part 8 of the strut 3 is provided with the supporting hole 50 and the top end of the nut 10 is freely rotatably inserted into the supporting hole 50. The lock bolt 54 is screwed into the threaded hole 53 of the mounting part 8 to fix the nut 10 to the supporting hole 50. Then, the adjusting screw 9 moves vertically in correspondence to rotating direction of the nut 10 and adjusts the tension of the spring 6 when the lock bolt 54 is loosened and the nut is rotated. The lock bolt 54 fixes the nut 10 to prevent the nut from loosening. A tuning key for a drum is usable for loosening and tightening the lock bolt 54.</p> |
