<p>PURPOSE: To provide an image forming method which is usable over a long period of time even in the case of a small-sized image forming device where a cleaning mechanism does not exist in a fixing device and a capable of forming images having good image quality without a ghost over a long period of time. CONSTITUTION: This image forming method has a stage for forming latent images on a latent image carrier, a stage for forming toner images by using the developer on a developer carrier on this latent image carrier and a stage for transferring the toner images on a transfer body. In this method, the outside diameter of the latent image carrier is in a range of 10 to 20mm and the toner particles of the developer contain a binder resin, coloring agents and polyolefin. This polyolefin has an average dispersion size in a range of 0.01 to 0.5μm and is incorporated into the binder resin in a range of 0.5 to 15 parts. wt. per 100 parts. wt. binder resin. The residual magnetization of the toner particles is >=0 to <4emu/g.</p> |
