As for the material of the lower layer 13, ZnS, SiO2 , SiNX, etc., can be used. As for the recording layer 14, AgInSbTe, GeSbTe, etc., can be used. As for the upper protective layer 15, ZnS, SiO2 , SiNX, etc., can be used. As for the heat radiating layer 16, Al, Al alloy, Au, Ag, etc., are used, and for the UV protective layer 17, a UV-curing resin is used. |
